高Vc红枣真空干燥技术与设备的研究

【摘要】 以试验为依据 ,对红枣真空干燥技术进行了分析研究 ,用以加工出口感酥脆、枣香浓郁、Vc含量高达 80 0 mg/10 0 g以上的优质干枣。
