外源三唑酮对玉米幼苗某些抗逆生理指标的影响
EFFECT OF EXOGENOUS TRIADIMEFON ON SOME PHYSIOLOGY INDEXES OF RESISTANCE STRESS OF MAIZE SEEDLINGS
【摘要】 在干旱胁迫条件下 ,经 0～ 10 0 0mg/L三唑酮溶液处理的玉米幼苗叶片中 ,相对含水量和水势均增加 ,细胞的相对电导率降低 ,气孔开张率降低 ,幼苗植株矮化 ,但地上部鲜重增加
【Abstract】 In draught, the maize seedlings were sprayed with aqueous solution of triadimefon at concentration of 0～1000 mg/L. It increased the relative water content and the water potential, reduced the relative conductivity and the open or close percentage of stoma. Triadimefon also could reduce the plant height and increase the fresh weight of overground plant.
