【摘要】 目的 探讨在胸腔镜辅助下采用微创手术技术进行胸椎前路手术的方法及其临床疗效。方法 采用双腔导管气管内插管麻醉,在胸腔镜辅助下采用小切口直视或监视下行手术操作,对2例胸椎转移瘤病例行椎体切除、椎间骨水泥填充及USS内固定;1例胸椎结核行病灶清除、植骨及USS内固定;1例胸椎间盘突出症行髓核摘除、椎间植骨融合术;1例第11胸椎椎体附件骨折并第10、11胸椎椎体脱位行复位椎管减压、椎体间植骨USS内固定。结果 术后影像学显示病灶清除彻底,内固定确切,手术均获得成功并获得满意疗效。结论 在胸腔镜辅助下借助胸腔镜光源和摄影系统以小切口、直视或监视下采用微创手术技术切除胸椎病变、椎体重建和内固定的手术方法可以取代某些传统的胸椎前路手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical application and value of minimally invasive techniques assisting thoraco-scope anterior surgery for thoracic spine. Methods 5 patients underwent thoracoscopic anterior spine surgery ,2 cases of thoracic vertebral body metastasis underwent vertebral body excision interfixation with cement and screw-rod system,1 case of tuberculous spondylitis underwent focus excision and bone graft and interfixation, 1 case of thoracic disc herniation underwent disc excision and bone graft, 1 case of thoracic vertebrae fracture and dislocation underwent bone graft and interfixaion. Result The focuses have been excised completely and interfixation have been done definitely. Conclusion Thoracoscopic spine minimally invasive technique is applicable for some anterior spine surgery.更多还原
