热等离子弧熔覆合金涂层的制备与组织性能
Structure and Properties of Alloy Coatings Prepared with Plasma Non-transferred Arc CLad Method
【摘要】 在自制的热等离子非转移弧熔覆设备上用 Stellite Ni6 0合金在钢的表面上进行熔覆处理。用优化后的熔覆工艺参数可以获得零稀释率的熔覆层 ,而且熔覆层与基体结合牢固。在对熔覆层进行化学成分、组织结构分析后发现 :熔覆层可以分为三层组织结构 ,这三层组织结构的形成与熔池的凝固过程有关。实验结果证明 ,热等离子非转移弧是一种比较理想的熔覆热源
【Abstract】 The cladding of Stllite Ni60 alloy on Q235 steel was prepared using a self-constructed non-transferred arc equipment.With optimized cladding parameters nun-diluted layer could be obtained It was suggested that the cladding layer and the substrate lurgically bonded and the cladding layer included three parts exhibiting different microstructrures that was believed to be affected by the solidification process.The experimental results demonstrated that the non-transferred plasma arc was an ideal heating source for cladding
