【Abstract】 A dynamic creating toolbar technigue in CAD graghic software by using Delphi is described emphatically in this paper.The program written by this technigue can creat the dynamic toolbar that can link to the control program only by inputing the name of the toolbar.In contrast,static creating toolbar technigue is also introduced briefly.更多还原
