评价河流水质的新方法及其应用

【摘要】 根据我国当前“按功能区分类管理”的水环境管理原则 ,提出了一种新的水质评价方法 ,称为水质类别与污染物综合特征模型。该法符合目前国家水质评价分级的要求 ,避免了复杂的数学计算 ,客观真实地反映了评价对象的水质类别和综合污染水平、功能区达标状况及主要污染物特征等信息。应用该方法对 2 0 0 0年青岛市主要河流水质进行评价 ,较好地满足了当前环境评价、环境统计和环境管理需要。

【Abstract】 A new method,comprehensive characteristics model of water classification and pollutants,to assess water quality was established based on the national management measures of water environment,or classification management on functional region.The application of the model to assess the river water qualities in 2000 year in Qingdao showed that the characteristics such as water quality classification,comprehensive pollution level,the situation up to the standard of the functional region,and the peculiarities of the dominating pollutants can be figured by the new model truly and needless to do complicated calculation.The results pointed out the model met the need of environmental assessment,statistics and management according to the present national standard.
