新型汽油机缸内直喷燃烧系统用电控系统的开发

【摘要】 介绍了基于射流燃烧系统的一种新型缸内直喷燃烧系统的研究开发,重点介绍了其中的电控系统。所开发的电控系统基于PC机,运行于DOS操作系统下,扩展性好,利用自带汉字小字库技术编制成中文操作界面,兼顾了操作方便和响应实时性,集成的数据采集系统可在对发动机进行控制的同时实现大数据量的采集和在线数据显示。试验表明,该套系统工作稳定可靠,能初步满足新型缸内直喷燃烧系统的要求。

【Abstract】 Study and development of a new in-cylinder gasoline direct injection combustion system based on jetflowcombustion system is introduced.The developed electronic control system is based on the PC platform and DOS operatingsystem,which has good extendibility.The Chinese UI with its own small Chinese character database meets requirement ofboth operating convenience and real time response.The integrated data acquisition system can implement acquisition of agreat amount of data and display data online while the system is running to control the engine.It is shown by tests that thesystem runs steadily and reliably,and can basically meet the requirement of the new type in-cylinder gasoline directinjection combustion system.
