发动机液力减振支座刚度与结构参数的灵敏度有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis on the Sensitivity of Stiffness and Structural Parameters for Hydraulic Damping Engine Strut Mount
【摘要】 某型号发动机液力减振支座用于原装车型时,减振性能良好,而用于另外的车型时,由于刚度偏大,振动传递率较高。分析研究了该型号液力减振支座的一些结构参数对其刚度的影响,以便为减振支座的弹性特性优化设计提供理论依据。在保持其原有结构形式基本不变的前提下,变动减振支座橡胶主簧以及金属骨架的结构参数,利用有限元数字仿真确定了这些参数对液力减振支座刚度的不同影响程度。
【Abstract】 The hydraulic engine strut mount presents satisfactory absorbing performance for the use in the original car model.While used in other car models,its stiffness is so higher that it leads to a large transfer rate of vibration.In order to realize the optimal design of the elastic component of the strut mount,a sensibility analysis between the stiffness of the strut mount and its structural parameter is carried out.Keeping the original structure and changing the structural parameters of main rubber spring and metallic skeleton,the effect of these parameters on hydraulic strut mount is determined by finite element simulation.
