【摘要】 著名藏药白花刺参Morinanepalensisvar .albaHand . Mazz.的全株的水溶性部分通过硅胶、RP 8、SephadexLH 2 0柱层析分离 ,得到 4个咖啡酰基奎宁酸 1～ 4,运用光谱和波谱方法 ,分别鉴定为 3 O 咖啡酰基 奎宁酸 ( 1 )、3,5 O 双咖啡酰基 奎宁酸 ( 2 )、3,4 O 双咖啡酰基 奎宁酸 ( 3)和 4,5 O 双咖啡酰基 奎宁酸 ( 4 ) .应用 2DNMR图谱 ,对其氢和碳的化学位移进行全归属 ,并报道 1 ,2在氘代甲醇和氘代二甲亚砜两种溶剂下测定1 H和1 3C化学位移 .4个化合物都是首次分离自刺参属植物更多还原

【Abstract】 Four compounds were isolated from water soluble part of whole plant of \%Morina nepalensis\% var. \%alba\% Hand. Mazz.by CC on Si gel, RP 8, Sephadex LH 20. Based on spectroscopic evidences, their structures were elucidated as 3 O caffeoyl quinic acid (1), 3, 5 O dicaffeoyl quinic acid (2), 3, 4 O dicaffeoyl quinic acid (3) and 4, 5 O dicaffeoyl quinic acid (4), respectively. Complete assignments of 1H and \{\}\+\{13\}C spectra of these four compounds were obtained by 2D NMR spectra. Furthermore, 1H and \{\}\+\{13\}C Chemical shifts of compound 1 and 2 were determined with both in CD\-3OD and DMSO d\-6 solvent. All four compounds were firstly isolated from the Morina plants.更多还原
