海水泵用材料的选择比较
The Choice and Comparison of the Materials for Sea-water Pump
【摘要】 该文通过对铸铁、铜合金及0Cr17Ni12Mo2(日本JIS标准SUS316)不锈钢等3种材料在海水泵中的使用情况进行分析比较,并在为香港地区输送海水而生产制造海水泵的长期实践中证明,使用SUS316不锈钢且严格控制其铸造工艺和其它热处理工艺,则SUS316具有较强的耐海水腐蚀能力及较高的性能价格比,因此,该材料应用在耐海水泵中具有广阔的发展前景。
【Abstract】 The writer analyses and compares the three different kinds of materials which, i. e. , iron casting, copper alloy and OCrl7Nil2Mo2(SUS316 of Japanese JIS Standard) stainless steel, used in the Sea-water pump. Under the condition of strictly controlling the casting and heat-treated technology, SUS316 has stronger capacity of the Sea-water corrosion and higher property-price ratio. The material that has been used for the Sea-water pump has been proved in Hong Kong in a long practice. It has a very expansive prospects used in the Sea-water pump.
