【摘要】 探讨了用铬—铝络合物改性铬革屑水解液及其产品在鞣制或复鞣中的应用。通过实验研究 ,选择适宜的水解铬革屑的方法和改性条件 ,发现改性产品在应用中具有较好的鞣制复鞣填充作用 ,可促进对铬的吸收 ,坯革丰满、柔软、有弹性 ,粒纹清晰细致 ;对染料吸收性好、着色均匀 ;并可提高成革的收缩温度 ,降低废液中的含铬量更多还原

【Abstract】 The hydrolysis of chrome-tanned shavings modified by Cr-Al complex and the application of its product in tanning and retanning are discussed in this paper. We find good ways to hydrolyze and modify by experiments. Through the experiment, good tanning, retanning and filling properties, as well as, better chrome exhaustion are found in the modified products, with the help of selecting suitable ways to hydrolyze and modify the chrome shavings. The crust leather is possessed of fullness, softness, good dyestuff absorption and uniform dyeing. The grain is clear and fine and the Ts of finished leather can be raised. What’s more, greatly reduction in Cr 3+ could be greatly reduct in the waste liquor.更多还原
