RTFOT与TFOT对沥青胶结料热老化程度的影响

【摘要】 通过分析老化沥青残留物的质量变化、针入度、粘度、车辙因子和低温蠕变性能 ,比较 RTFOT和 TFOT条件下沥青胶结料热老化程度的差异。结果表明 :TFOT残留物在常温和高温下的粘度及车辙因子平均水平均低于 RTFOT残留物 ,但低温性能呈现出不同的行为 ,影响程度取决于沥青品种。当对沥青进行 PG分级时 ,若沥青性能指标接近临界值时 ,不能忽视两种老化条件引起的差异 ,否则容易出现误判

【Abstract】 The test of thin-film-oven (TFOT) and rolling thin-film-oven (RTOFT) are commonly used to evaluate the resistance to thermal aging of asphalt binder. In order to comprehend the influence of the two tests conditions on asphalt properties, some parameters such as the ratio of penetration, viscosity and rutting factor at middle and high temperature were measured on the TFOT and RTFOT residues. The creep stiffness at low temperature was also tested on the TFOT-PAV and RTFOT-PAV residues. The results show that the aging condition of TFOT is not as serious as that of RTFOT at middle and low temperature, but the effect on the behavior at low temperature changes with the varieties of asphalt. When performance graded of an asphalt binder is validated in accord with Superpave system, the differences between TFOT and RTFOT should not be neglected, especially when the test values approach the threshold value.
