【摘要】 目的 :研究蝎毒素对癫的作用 ,为新药的开发利用提供理论基础。方法 :采用整体马桑内酯大鼠癫模型 ,侧脑室埋管给药 ,记录皮层脑电图。结果 :蝎毒素能延长马桑内酯所致癫发作的潜伏期 ,降低发作程度 ,缩短发作时间。结论 :蝎毒素对马桑内酯所致的大鼠癫具有对抗作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects of scorpion toxin on epilepsy so as to supply foundmental theories to the development of new antiepileptic drugs.Methods: Coriaria lactone(CL) induced epilepsy rat model was prepared,and scorpion toxin was administered into the lateral ventricles by a microtube.The behaviors and EEG of the epileptic rat were recorded.Results:The latency of seizure was prolonged,the degree was inhibited and the duration was shortened as compared with those before scorpion toxin.Conclusions:Scorpion toxin might have significant antiepileptic effects on CL-induced epilepsy in rats.更多还原
