【摘要】 本文以河北职业技术师范学院学生微格教学测试结果为依据 ,对微格教学训练中存在的问题进行了剖析 ,并就如何改进微格教学训练提出合理化建议。

【Abstract】 According to test results of Microteaching of students in Hebei Vocational & Technical Teachers’ College. The paper analyzes the problems that exist in the Microteaching training, and put forward some reasonable improving suggestions.
