尿素对除草剂绿磺隆降解的影响

【摘要】 通过砂培实验探讨了尿素对绿磺隆降解的影响。实验中用直接气相色谱检测绿磺隆。结果表明 :高绿磺隆浓度组添加尿素后 ,绿磺隆的降解曲线遵从抛物线方程 ,半衰期为 30 5天 ;低绿磺隆浓度组添加尿素后 ,降解曲线先迅速下降 ,然后上升 ,在 2 0天左右出现一顶峰 ,最后缓慢下降。理论分析认为是因为绿磺隆与尿素先形成结合态形式 ,使可测定绿磺隆浓度迅速下降 ,然后在微生物等原因的作用下又逐渐破坏其结合 ,使绿磺隆又释放出来 ;高浓度组形成的结合态浓度相对较低 ,不足以显现下凹趋势 ,只表现出降解曲线平缓。尿素与绿磺隆形成类似“化学炸弹”的结合态形式 ,可能对后茬作物造成危害 ,应引起高度重视

【Abstract】 It was investigated that the effect of urea on degradation of chlorsufuron The chlorsulfuron was measured by gas chromatography with electron capture detector Result demonstrated that the degradation curves of chlorsulfuron were subject to parabola equation in the control , and spiked with 800μg/g (NH 2) 2CO when sand samples were spiked with 330μg/g chlorsulfuron, and the half-lives of chlorsulfuron were respectively 26 7, 30 5 days The degradation curve of chlorsulfuron of treatment of 33μg/g chlorsulfuron and 800μg/g (NH 2) 2CO showed it declined fast in the initiate 10 days, then went up and in the end slowly declined It showed that chlorsulfuron combined with (NH 2) 2CO into some kinds of compounds, which were first quickly , later slowly decomposed by microbe et al
