燃煤电厂管道喷射烟气脱硫工艺的分析

【摘要】 鉴于我国中小型锅炉较多、难以承受高投资高运行费用脱硫工艺的国情 ,文章介绍了一种投资低、设备简单、改造方便的工艺———管道喷射技术 ,并对该工艺的优缺点以及脱硫性能作了分析。

【Abstract】 At present, SO 2 emission has already been one of the most important problems in China. Among various methods of flue gas desulfurization, wet FGD method is holding the leading position because it has high desulfurization efficiency and sorbent utilization. However, it has also several disadvantages in China. Inner duct injection method needs low cost,smaller space and shorter retrofitting period. Its desulfurization efficiency can be 70%-95% under certain condition.
