【Abstract】 In this paper, a new quantitative analysis method of Quinclorac by Gas Chromatography was described, by using 5% OV-17/Gas Chrom. Q (60-80 mesh) as stationary phase, n-Heneicosane as internal standard. Instantly, Quinclorac was thoroughly converted into its methylester derivative in the fresh saturated diazomethane in ether. The method showed that the coefficients of linear correlation, variation and the average recovery were 0.9999, 0.4% and 100.3%, respectively.更多还原
