N-(N-叔丁基芳酰氨基)邻苯二甲酰亚胺的合成及其杀虫活性
Synthesis and Insecticidal Activity of N-(N-t-Butylarylacylamino) Phthalimide
【摘要】 通过叔丁基肼与邻苯二甲酸酐反应 ,进一步 N -苯甲酰化 ,合成了 11个 N - (N -叔丁基芳酰氨基 )邻苯二甲酰亚胺类化合物 ,结构经元素分析、MS和 1H NMR确证。初步生物活性测试表明 ,部分化合物具有较好的杀虫活性
【Abstract】 Eleven new titled compounds were obtained through the reaction of t butylhydrazine with phthalic anhydride and further N benzoylation. Their structures were confirmed by elemental analysis, MS and 1H NMR . Preliminary bioassay indicated that some compounds obtained good insecticidal activity.
