【Abstract】 Based on the published and academic exchanging theses in the year of 2001, the article summarizes and give brief comments on the year’s agricultural law researches in four aspects: agricultural legislation, laws and regulations of country land contracts, laws and regulations of country social development, foreign agricultural legislation and effects of the entry into the WTO on China’s agricultural legislation.更多还原
