【摘要】 以室内饲养的相对敏感品系为对照,利用叶片浸渍法测定了济南地区棉蚜对15种杀虫剂的抗性倍数。结果表明:济南地区棉蚜对4种拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂已达到了较高水平的抗性,抗性倍数在82.21～201.51之间;同时对除丙溴磷以外的5种有机磷酸酯类杀虫剂亦产生了明显抗性,抗性倍数在7.52～16.38之间,对灭多威、吡虫啉及丙溴磷的抗性尚不明显,但已表现出抗性趋势;对丁硫克百威、硫丹及阿维菌素仍处于敏感水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 The resistant ratios of Aphis gossypii of JN-population(the Aphis gossypii colected from Jinan area)to15insecticides belong to6groups were tested by leaf-dip method in the laboratory compared with the susceptible strain.the results showed that the resistant level of the population to the4pyrethroids insecticides were very high,their resis-tant ratios ranged from82.21to201.51folds.And that to the5organophosphorus insecti-cides except profenophos were significant ,their resistant ratios ranged from7.25to16.38folds.the resistant ratios to the methomyl,imidacloprid and pro fenophos were lower than of the above2groups of insecticides,but there were some resistant ten dency.the JN-popula-tion was also at the susceptible level to carbosulfan,endosulfan and abamectin.更多还原
