毛细管气相色谱法测定茶叶中六六六、DDT、三氯杀螨醇的残留
Determination of BHC、DDT、Dicofol Residue in Tea by Capillary Gas Chromatography
【摘要】 本文采用SPBTM -60830m×0.25mm×0.25um毛细管柱为分离柱 ,ECD检测 ,测定了茶叶中六六六、DDT、三氯杀螨醇的残留。本方法对9种成分的回收率范围为82.03%～99.62% ,变异系数为1.19%～7.77% ,最小检出量0.5～3.0×10-12g。
【Abstract】 A method for the a determination of BHC?DDT ?dicofol residue in tea use SPBTM-608 30m×0.25mm×0.25um capillary column and ECD detector is discriped in this paper. The RC and C.V. range for the method were 82.03%～99.62%?1.19%～7.77%, respectively the detector limit range was 0.5～3.0×10-12g.
