在波动压力下操作人员人因可靠性分析

【摘要】 简述了人因可靠性的研究现状及操作人员的压力特征和压力、功效关系。运用马尔可夫随机过程理论对在波动压力下可靠性的定量分析进行了探讨 ,并从人机工程学的角度 ,提出了设计中应该重点考虑的对操作人员压力有显著影响的 3个要素 ,即操作空间和操作设备的设计、工作环境的设计和操作过程的设计

【Abstract】 This paper briefly presents the actuality of human reliability research, analyzes the relationship of operators’ pressure to their working effectiveness and discusses the characteristics of operators’ pressure. A mathematical six mode Markov model which quantitatively predicts human reliability under fluctuating pressure is developed. It is concluded that mean time of human error is reduced quickly when the constant human error rates under low and high pressure are increased. According to the theory of human engineering, this paper presents three factors remarkably effecting operators’ pressure, i.e. operating spaces and equipments, working environments, operating procedure. These factors should be given comprehensive consideration to apply moderate pressure upon operators in order to minimize the human error rates.
