高强度灰铸铁在薄壁缸体上的应用
Researches on Application of High Strength Gray Iron in Thin Wall Cylinder Blocks
【摘要】 采用扫描电镜、2 0 0 h台架试验和 10 0 0 h耐久试验等方法对高强度灰铸铁在薄壁缸体上的应用进行了试验研究。试验结果表明 :碳当量控制在 3.8%~ 4 .1% (与菲亚特缸体的碳当量大体相当 ) ,采用低合金化及复合孕育剂 ,可稳定获得抗拉强度大于 2 5 0 MPa的高强度灰铸铁 ,其铸件硬度大于 HB2 10 ,白口倾向小 ,硬度差仅为HB15~ HB33,均达到菲亚特缸体的性能要求。对无缸套缸体的缸壁表面进行激光处理 ,比传统缸套的耐磨性提高一倍以上。
【Abstract】 Different complex inoculants, small amount alloy elements, scan electric microscope, operation test for 200 hours, and durability test for 1000 hours were used to research the application of high strength gray iron in thin wall cylinder blocks. Experiment results showed that controlling carbon equivalent in the range of 3 8%~4 1%, adding a small amount of alloy elements, and using complex inoculant could produce high strength gray iron with tensile strength more than 250 MPa. The cylinder castings produced had more than HB210 hardness and little chilling proneness. The hardness difference in the casting was only HB15~HB33. All properties of the castings could meet the technologic requirements for advanced cylinder blocks made abroad. The cylinder line could be omitted by the laser treatment of the cylinder inner surface. After laser treatment the surface could have more than twice wear resistance as high as traditional cylinder line.
