【Abstract】 The DDGS technique was employed to produce high protein feed stuff from mealies alcohol grains. A two step drying process was selected to dry the mealies alcohol grains after comparison of two kinds of indirect dryers. The heat transfer coefficients of a pan rotary dryer (the first step dryer) and a tube rotary dryer (the second step dryer) were estimated by the particle heat transfer model with moving heating plane. The calculated results indicate that the two step drying method has drying efficient and energy saving features.更多还原
