气调包装微机控制动态配气系统的研制

【摘要】 气调 (MA)储藏包装技术中需将比例配制的气体充入包装中 ,用于配制 MA混合气体的配气装置有动态和静态 2种形式 ,动态配气系统更能适应生产和实验室的需要。介绍了自行研制的微机控制全自动配气系统 ,该系统以质量流量为配气控制参量 ,不受环境参数的影响 ,具有更高的配气精度。同时采用动态配气的形式 ,更能适应实际生产的需要

【Abstract】 Gas mixer is important for modified atmosphere packaging. There are two kinds of gas mixing equipment, one is based on static principle and the other is dynamic. The dynamic gas mixing system is more suitable to production and laboratory research. The paper introduces a computer controlled automatic gas mixer which consists of mass flow meter, proportional control valve and A/D transfer, etc. The unit is based on dynamic flow mixing and not influenced by temperature, which uses mass flow as control parameter, and it is more precise than others. The test results show that the main parameters are as follows: adjusting range for N 2, O 2 and CO 2: 0~100.00%, mixing precision: (0.381±0.191)% for CO 2 and (0.374±0.165)% for O 2.
