【摘要】 对全国不同省份蔬菜生产的对称性规模比较优势指数、对称性效率比较优势指数以及对称性综合比较优势指数进行了计算和分析 ,认为我国蔬菜生产存在显著的区域差异 ,蔬菜生产的区域优势地区大多具备良好的市场区位条件 ,而且蔬菜生产的格局已经开始遵循比较优势原则。为了进一步发挥我国蔬菜生产的区域优势 ,提出以下建议 :1)蔬菜生产应该走规模化的道路 ;2 )要建立国内统一的蔬菜流通体系 ,确保蔬菜区际贸易的高效畅通 ;3)政府应制定区域优势互补的蔬菜产业政策 ;4 )各地要协调好蔬菜生产与发挥区域农业比较优势的关系更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of the calculation and analysis of Symmetric Scale Comparative Advantage Index, Symmetric Efficient Comparative Advantage Index and Symmetric Comprehensive Comparative Advantage Index of vegetable production in China, following conclusions are drew: first, great differences exist among different areas in China; second, areas have vegetable producing advantages are those have good marketing conditions; and third, vegetable production in China has began to abide by rules of comparative advantage. At last, suggestions for vegetable production to make good use of area advantages are put forward as follows: first, vegetable production should follow the path of scale producing; second, it is important to set up centralized vegetable market system in order to ensure vegetables’ circulating in high efficiency; third, industry polices for advantages complementing between areas should be adjusted by government; and last, every area should coordinate the relation between vegetable producing and area agricultural comparative advantages.更多还原
