【摘要】 目的　检测Rb蛋白在胃癌组织、癌旁组织中的表达及其分布特点。方法　采用S -P免疫组织化学法对 88例胃癌组织、5 2例癌旁组织进行Rb蛋白的定位观察。结果　各病理类型胃癌组织、癌旁组织均有Rb蛋白表达 ,阳性率分别为 6 1.36 %(5 4/ 88)和 84.6 1%(4 4/ 5 2 ) ,阳性细胞的棕黄色颗粒位于细胞核和细胞浆。胃癌Rb蛋白表达与性别、年龄、肿瘤部位在统计学上无差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;而与组织学类型、病理分级、淋巴结转移、临床病理分期在统计学上有差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　Rb基因缺失和表达水平的改变与胃癌发生、发展密切相关 ,Rb蛋白表达的检测可作为胃癌预后判断的独立指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To detect the expression and distribution of Rb-gene protein in adjacent tissue of cancers and gastric carcinoma tissues.Methods The expression of Rb protein were observed in 88 cases of gastric cancer and 52 cases adjacent tissue of cancers by S-P immunohistochemistry.Results The expression of Rb gene pootein were observed in gastric carcinoma tissues and adjacent tissues of cancers.The positive expression of Rb were 61.36% and 84.61% , The brown granules of positive cell were mainly distributed in the nucleolus. Rb-gene protein expression were not related to age, sex and tumor position, but were significantly correlated with histological type, invasion depth, lymph node metastasis and clinical pathological stage.Conclusions The loss of Rb-gene and the change of its expression level are correlated with gastric cancer and the check of its expression can be used as an independently index to evaluate the biological behavior and prognosis of gastric cancer.更多还原
