【摘要】 目的　探讨心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ (cTnI)对早期诊断急性心肌梗死的临床应用价值。方法　对 10 2例急性心肌梗死 (AMI)患者和正常对照组的同一血样标本检测cTnI ,进行两组间比较 ,并进行分析。结果　cTnI早期诊断急性心梗灵敏度高 ,阳性率 95 .10 % ,与对照组有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　cTnI检测方便、快捷、准确 ,具有较好的临床价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To observe the applicative value of cardiac troponine Ⅰ(cTnI) for the early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods The same serum sample was measured to detect the indexes of cTnI levels in 102 patients with AMI and 86 normal subjects.Comparison between AMI and normal subjects was performed and all the indexes were analyzed relatively. Results The sensitivity of cTnI was higher and its positive rate was 95.10%(P<0.01).Conclusions cTnI as specific makers of cardiac damage are more sensitive in the early diagnosis of AMI.As a convenient,swift and accurate measurement method,cTnI has significant clinical value.更多还原
