钠还原钽粉微观形态的观察及物理性能的调控
Observation on morphology of sodium reduced tantalum powders and modifications to their physical properties
【摘要】 用扫描电镜和透射电镜观察了氟钽酸钾钠还原生产的钽粉的形貌和内部微观结构,它是一种以团聚体为基本粒子的粉末.通过生产工艺条件的调节和控制,生产出物理性能、电气性能适合于制作高性能的固体钽电解电容器的钽粉.
【Abstract】 The morphology of as-reduced powders, made by sodium reduction of potassium fluotantalate, is investigated. Modification of powder physical properties is also made and reported. Practice shows that powders with unique physical properties, which are desirable for making high performance capacitors, could be tailored from the as-reduced precursor powders after sophisticated processing.
