【摘要】 面对加入 WTO后国内外水果业的激烈竞争 ,作者提出发展规模化无公害生态果业。为解决我国果业中技术供给不足、资源开发与无公害生态保护技术发展不平衡、缺乏采用无公害生态技术的动力以及缺乏有效的技术推广中介机制等问题 ,作者建议 :改革无公害生态果业科技研究内容 ,重构无公害生态果业高新技术的投入机制 ,建立与无公害生态果业相适应的政策机制 ,以及果业无公害生态技术的风险保障机制 ,构建规模化无公害生态果业技术需求的动力机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Facing the drastic competition between domestic and foreign fruit industry since China joined in World Trade Organization, the author points out developing innocuous ecological fruit industry on a large scale. For solving these questions, which exist in the fruit industry of China, such as technologies being in short supply, developmental imbalance in resources exploitation technologies and innocuous and ecologically protective ones, absence of impetus to select innocuous and ecological technologies as well as effective medimechanism to popularize technologies, the author suggests to reform the researching contents of innocuous and ecological fruit industry, to recreate the putting into mechanism of new technologies in the innocuous and ecological fruit industry, to establish policy mechanism adapting to innocuous and ecological fruit industry, to constitute mechanism of risk guarantee of innocuous and ecological fruit industry, to set up mechanism of the impetus required by innocuous and ecological fruit industry on a large scale.更多还原
