【摘要】 当前,我国劳动力供求矛盾尖锐,就业形势十分严峻。影响我国充分就业的因素很多,其中一个重要因素是相关制度环境。由于我国劳动就业的相关制度不健全、不完善造成大量隐性失业和隐性就业,劳动力资源或浪费或闲置,失业问题更加严重。因此,应健全我国劳动就业的相关制度,创造良好的制度环境,促进我国就业市场化的进一步发展,从而消除一部分失业,缓解我国当前就业压力。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,there appears a harsh co nflict between the supply and demand of labor force in our country and the s ituation of employment is very severe.There are many factors affecting the total emp loyment in our country,among which r egulation situation is an important one.The imperfectio n of the regulations concerning labo r employment has resulted in a large a mount of private employment and unemployment with th e labor resources either wasted or kept idle.This,in turn,adds to the seriousness of un-employment.Under such circumstance,regulations concerning labor emp loyment should be improved,good sit uation should be created for these regulations and th e marketing of employment should be d eveloped further so as to eliminate s ome unemployment and lighten the employment pressure on o ur country.更多还原
