【摘要】 目的 :研究 BCL- 2蛋白在增生性肾炎与非增生性肾炎中表达程度及与蛋白尿、血尿之间的关系 ,探讨其与肾损害类型及预后的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化 - SP法检测肾活检标本中 BCL- 2蛋白的表达。结果 :BCL-2蛋白在增生性肾炎 2 6例中 ,着色强染 2 1例 (80 .8% ) ,BCL- 2蛋白表达程度与 2 4 h尿蛋白有正相关 ,与血尿无关 ,提示与疾病程度有关。非增生性肾炎 14例着色低染 11例 (78.6 % ) ,BCL- 2蛋白表达与 2 4 h尿蛋白无关 ,正常肾组织10例中着色低染 8例 (80 .0 % )。结论 :BCL - 2蛋白的表达可作为估计疾病程度和预后的指标之一 ,并为临床治疗提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression of BCL- 2 protein in the proliferative glomerulonephritis and non-proliferative glomerulonephritis and to explore the relationship between the abnormal expression of them and proteinurine and hematuria.Method:We detected the show of BCL-2 protein with immunohistochemistry in tissue of renal biopsy.Proteinurine and hematuria have been tested.Results:The degree of expression of BCL-2 protein in 26 cases of the proliferative glomerulonephritis is strong frequence of strong staing is 80.8 percent cell.About 78.6 percent cell show low staing of BCL-2 protein. 80 percent cell show low staing of BCL-2 protein.There is a significance positive correlation of degree of expression of BCL-2 protein with quantity of 24 hours protein in 26 cases of the proliferative glomerulonephritis.There is no correlation between the degree of expression of BCL-2 protein and hematuria in 26 cases of the proliferative glomerulonephritis.There was no correlation between the degree of BCL-2 and quantity of 24 hours protein in 14 cases of non-proliferative glomerulonephritis.Conclusion:The expression of BCL-2 protein might be regarded as a marker of estimating degree of kidney damage and prognosis and to give a bases of clinic treatment.更多还原
