【Abstract】 The cultivation of mass reserve plays a key role in athletic sports’ continuous development .A good investment benefit and a high growth rate in the cultivation of athletic sports reserve can be showed in the practice of Jiangsu juvenile Extracurricular Sports School over the past 25 years .To facilitate Jiangsu Extracurricular Sports School,a common understanding should be reached.
