【摘要】 南通城市化发展迟缓的原因是把城市化演化成了城镇化 ,通过发展小城镇来吸纳农村剩余劳动力 ,这是一条分散型城市化道路 ,产生了严重的外部不经济。解决这一问题的对策是走大中小城市和小城镇协调发展的城市化道路 ,把城区建成100万人口的大城市作为城市化战略的重点 ;注重城镇内涵发展 ,城镇职能适当分工 ;加强基础设施建设 ,打造城市“厚度” ;推动区域经济发展 ,提高城市现代化水平更多还原

【Abstract】 The slowdown in the development of Nantong urbanization can be attributed to the transfer of urbanization into township.
