TiC对新型Al-P中间合金变质效果的促进作用
Improvement of TiC Particles on the Modifying Effect of Al-P Master Alloy
【摘要】 本文研究了自制新型 Al- P中间合金对共晶及过共晶 Al- Si的变质作用 ,发现该 Al- P中间合金对共晶及过共晶 Al- Si合金都具有优良的变质效果。同时还发现 ,当铝合金熔体中存在 Ti C颗粒时 ,Al- P中间合金对两类 Al- Si合金的变质效果会增强。当 Al- 2 4 Si合金中 Ti C含量为 0 .0 3%时 ,初晶 Si的平均尺寸由原来的 47μm降为 41μm,最大尺寸由原来的 75μm降为5 5μm;加入 Al- P中间合金和 Ti C颗粒后 5 0分钟 ,就可以出现变质效果 ,时间再延长 ,变质效果也不会有更大的提高。当 Al- 1 2 Si合金中 Ti C含量为 0 .0 3%时 ,初晶 Si的平均尺寸由原来的 5 0μm降为 30 μm。Al- P中间合金变质剂在铝合金活塞中有较好的应用
【Abstract】 The modifiying effects of a new type of Al-P master alloy on eutectic and hyper eutectic Al-Si alloys were investigated.It is found that excellent modifying effect on these alloys can been obtained by adding this new type of Al-P master alloy.It is also found that the TiC particles in the melt can improve the modifying effect of Al P master alloy.When the content of TiC particles in the Al 24Si melt is 0.03%,the average and largest size of primary Si can,respectively, be decreased to 41μm,55μm from original 47μm and 75μm. Modifying effect occurs after 50 minutes from adding Al P master alloy and TiC particles,and keeps steady with the holding time increased. The average size of primary can be decreased to 30 μm from 50 μm when the content of Tic Particle in Al-12Si melt is 0.03%.
