一种预测柴油机微粒排放的新模型——桥式现象学模型

【摘要】 提出了一种预测柴油机微粒排放的新模型——桥式现象学模型。通过分析实测的气态排放物NOx、CO、HC浓度以及微粒PM值,发现气态排放物浓度与微粒排放值之间存在着内在的联系。基于气态排放物和微粒的生成机理建立了桥式现象学模型。计算结果证明实测值和计算值吻合较好。此模型对高压共轨电控柴油机的仿真计算和ECU设计有较好的应用价值。

【Abstract】 The purpose of this study is to predict particulate matter (PM) emissions of diesel engines and a new model called bridge phenomenological model has been formulated and developed for the purpose.The model is based on the formation principle of particulate matter (PM),nitrogen oxides (NOx),carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrocarbons (HC) of diesel engines,it can predict PM emissions via NOx,CO and HC emissions concentration.The predicted results are in good agreement with the measured ones,it shows the validity of the model.The model is useful for computer simulations of highpressure common rail electronic control diesel engines as well as electronic control unit (ECU) designs for diesel engines.
