一种预测柴油机微粒排放的新模型——桥式现象学模型
Bridge Phenomenological Model--A New Prediction Model forParticulate Matter Emissions of Diesel Engines
【摘要】 提出了一种预测柴油机微粒排放的新模型——桥式现象学模型。通过分析实测的气态排放物NOx、CO、HC浓度以及微粒PM值,发现气态排放物浓度与微粒排放值之间存在着内在的联系。基于气态排放物和微粒的生成机理建立了桥式现象学模型。计算结果证明实测值和计算值吻合较好。此模型对高压共轨电控柴油机的仿真计算和ECU设计有较好的应用价值。
【Abstract】 The purpose of this study is to predict particulate matter (PM) emissions of diesel engines and a new model called bridge phenomenological model has been formulated and developed for the purpose.The model is based on the formation principle of particulate matter (PM),nitrogen oxides (NOx),carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrocarbons (HC) of diesel engines,it can predict PM emissions via NOx,CO and HC emissions concentration.The predicted results are in good agreement with the measured ones,it shows the validity of the model.The model is useful for computer simulations of highpressure common rail electronic control diesel engines as well as electronic control unit (ECU) designs for diesel engines.
