基于发动机受热件热疲劳试验损伤的寿命预测研究
A Study on the Life Forecast for Engine’s Heated PartsBased on Thermal Fatigue Test Damage
【摘要】 在发动机受热件加速热疲劳台架试验研究的基础上 ,综合连续损伤力学及热疲劳研究的一些成果 ,提出了热疲劳损伤模型 ,并据此推导了试验控制参数与零件试验寿命间的预测关系式。根据铸铁缸盖热疲劳试验结果 ,拟合了模型参数。同时 ,寿命预测与试验数据的误差分析表明 ,由于热疲劳问题本身的复杂性 ,缸盖寿命的离散度大 ,但变化趋势明显 ,适于工程应用。
【Abstract】 Based on the research of the accelerated thermal fatigue test for engines heated parts on the test bed and the theory of Continuous Damage Mechanics and Thermal Fatigue,a damage model of the thermal fatigue for heated parts is put forward in this paper.And further,a forecasting formula betwen the control parameters of the thermal fatigue test and parts life is deduced.According to a large amount of experimental data of the cast iron cylinder heads,the model parameters are calculated.Meanwhile,the error analysis within the forecasting life and the experimental data indicates that the thermal fatigue life of the cast iron cylinder heads due to the complexity of thermal fatigue problem is greatly discrete.But the formula shows that the waved tendency about the thermal fatigue life is very clear.And it is very suitable for the application in the engineering field.
