接触问题对连杆有限元分析的影响

【摘要】在对连杆组件进行有限元静力分析中 ,采用了两种不同的约束边界条件——刚性约束 (即采用曲柄销约束 )和弹性约束 (即采用曲拐约束 )。运用 I- DEASMaster Series7.0软件提供的接触单元 ,模拟连杆大头孔和曲柄销 (或曲拐 )之间的接触状态 ,并以某大功率柴油机为例 ,研究了不同的约束条件对连杆组件有限元分析结果的影响和对接触的影响 ,说明了约束条件在有限元分析中的重要性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,two different restrict boundary conditions are adopted in Finite Element Analyze of connecting rod assembly,the stiff restrict of adopting crank pin and elastic restrict of crank.The contact cell applied with I DEAS Master Series 7.0 is used.The contact state between the big end of ConRod and crankpin is simulated.And some heavy diesel engine is exampled.The affection of different restrict condition to ConRods FEA result and contact is studied.The improtance of restrict condition is showed.更多还原
