利用快速成型技术制造压气机叶轮整体模具研究
Study on Rapid Prototyping Technology for Compressor Integer Impeller Mould Manufacturing
【摘要】 作者论述了车用涡轮增压器压气机整体叶轮模具的设计和快速成型加工技术。它们满足了车用增压器产品系列化对造型和编程系统参数化的要求。利用该技术成功的进行了直径120mm的压气机叶轮整体模具快速成型加工,并通过了试验测试,投入实用。
【Abstract】 The technology of designing and rapid shaping the compressor integer imeller mould for a vehicle trubocharger are introduced. The technology can meet the requirements of shaping and program from the series of vehicle turbochargers. The compressor integer impeller with diameter of 120mm has been machined successfully with this technology. The test has been carried out and this technology has been in use.
