【摘要】 目的对深覆的病例 ,用桩核冠整体铸造后 ,进行烤瓷修复的临床探讨。方法应用桩核冠方法进行烤瓷修复。结果38例用此法进行修复 ,成功 37例 ,成功率为 97 2 2 % ,失败 1例 ,失败率为 2 78%。结论凡是深覆患者 ,残留的残根和残冠 ,经X线照片 ,有保留价值者 ,进行根管治疗后 ,运用桩核冠烤瓷修复是可行的更多还原
