【摘要】 目的探讨近 5年来儿童中毒新变化及与并发器官功能衰竭的关系。方法对重庆医科大学儿童医院 1996 - 2 0 0 0年PICU收治的儿童中毒病例进行回顾性总结分析。结果近 6年来药物中毒居首位 ,自杀和自慰性服药中毒比例有上升趋势 ,中毒导致儿童器官功能衰竭并非少见 ,合并器官功能衰竭的中毒儿童预后较差。结论要重视儿童中毒的防治工作 ,在救治儿童中毒时应加强对器官功能的保护更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the new tendency of poisoning and the relation between the kind of poisoning and organ failure complication in children in recent 5 years.Methods The poisoned children admitted to PICU from 1996 to 2000 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Drug poisoning rised to the first place.The rate of poisoning for suicide and console oneself was increased. Organ failure caused by poison was not uncommon.Poisoned children complicated with organ failure had worse prognosis.Conclusion Protection for the function of related organs was important in the treatment for poisoned children.更多还原
