【摘要】 目的研究纤维支气管镜灌注技术对难治性感染性下呼吸道疾病的治疗效果。方法对 82例感染性下呼吸道疾病 ,采用纤维支气管镜灌注技术 ,对病变支气管反复冲洗 ,彻底引流 ,并将抗生素、激素等药物直接注入病变部位。结果总有效率96 % ,与对照组相比疗效显著 ,无严重并发症。结论经纤维支气管镜灌注技术 ,是治疗难治性感染性下呼吸道疾病的有效手段更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of treatment in the patients with refractory infection in lower respratory track by BAL. Methods:82 Patients’sick bronches with infectious disease of lower respiratory track were washed away repeatedly and Antibiotic corticosteriod were injected into it directly by Fibrobronchscopy. Results:The effective rate was significantly higher than controll group, and no serious complication happended. Conclusion:BAL is a effective method to treat infractory infection of lower respiratary track.更多还原
