【摘要】 目的　提高对上颌窦粘液囊肿X线表现的认识及其X级诊断的准确率。方法　回顾分析 1996 - 1999年间 ,本院X线检查并经手术及病理证实的上颌窦粘液囊肿 7例。结果　 7例共 8个窦腔含有 8个囊肿 ,双侧同时发生重例。所有囊肿均显示为向腔内突出的半圆形软组织阴影 ,其边缘光滑锐利 ,并上颌窦腔透光度降低 ;4例囊肿伴有窦腔扩大 ,局部窦壁骨质吸收变薄 ;3例 4个窦腔窦壁骨质及粘膜有增生 ;1例上颌窦息肉在术前误诊为上颌窦囊肿。结论X线检查为诊断上颌窦粘液囊肿的基本检查方法 ,且能为临床明确诊断提供有价值的依据更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the radiological diagnosis of maxillary sinus mucocele (MSM). Methods 7 MSM cases were analyzed, which were diagnosed radiologically and proved surgically and pathologically from the year of 1996 to 1999. Results The unilateral MSM and the bilateral MSM were found in 6 cases and one case respectively. The semicircular shadows of all MSM protruded to ward sinuses, its edges smooth and the transparence of these sinuses is decreased. The sinuses enlarged and its walls partially thinned in 4 cases and the bony matrix and mucosa of 4 sinuses proliferated in the other 3 cases. Conclusion The χ ray examination could be considered as a main method of diagnosing MSM.更多还原
