【摘要】 目的评价MRI对原发性椎管肿瘤的诊断。方法对 32例原发性椎管肿瘤行MRI检查 ,并对手术病理和临床随访结果对照分析。结果 :神经纤维瘤及神经鞘瘤 15例 ,髓内胶质瘤 7例 ,蛛网膜囊肿 2例。与CT和脊髓造影检查相比 ,MRI对本病的检出率和正确诊断率显著提高。结论MRI是原发性椎管内肿瘤的首选检查方法 ,对本病的诊断和鉴别诊断具有重要价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluating the clinical value of MRI diagnosis for primary tumors in spinal canal. Methods MalerIals and canal were examined by MRI, and the MRI findings were analyzed comparatively with the results of operation and pathology. Results MRI has higher detectivity and diagnostic accuracy than CT or myelography. Conclusions MRI ought to be the first choice for diagnosing primary tumors in spinal canal and important for diagnosis and differentiation.更多还原
