【摘要】 目的探讨子宫角妊娠的早期诊断及临床处理。方法分析 15例子宫角妊娠的阴道超声图像特点和临床治疗情况。结果 15例子宫角妊娠中有 14例经阴道超声诊断 ,1例误诊为宫内妊娠 ,阴道超声诊断准确率为 93 3% ;12例在宫腔镜下行吸宫终止妊娠 ,2例应用MTX治疗杀灭胚胎 ,药物治愈 ,1例剖腹切开子宫角终止妊娠。结论阴道超声检查可早期诊断子宫角妊娠 ,一旦诊断明确应及早终止妊娠更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the early diagnosis and management of comual pregnance. Methods The transvaginal ultrasonographic imaging feature and clinical process of 15 cases with comual pregnance were studied. Results 14 cases with cornual pregnance were diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasonography, 1 cases was diagnosed as intrauterine pregnance. The accurate rate of transvaginal ultrasonographic diagnosis was 93.3% among these cases, 12 patients were treated by suction crettage in hysteroscope, 2 patients were treated by MTX(Methotrexatum), 1 case was managed by abdominouterotomy. Conclusion The cornual pregnance may be early diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound, once the diagnosis is clear, it should be treat early.更多还原
