干旱胁迫与抗蒸腾剂对喜树几项生理指标及喜树碱含量的影响

【摘要】 经过 12d的干旱胁迫 ,喜树叶内Fpro和MDA含量分别升高了 4 6 .7%和 19.0 6 % ,是同期对照的 138.93%的 117% ;Pn降为负值 ;Tr和Sc显著下降 ,降低幅度分别为 5 8.2 8%和 75 % ;且随着胁迫时间的延长 ,变化幅度逐步增大 .抗蒸腾剂可有效地缓解胁迫对喜树的不良影响 .短期干旱胁迫可使叶内喜树碱的含量明显提高 ,在生产中可由此而提高喜树碱的产量

【Abstract】 After 12 days drought stress,the content of free proline(Fpro) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in the leaves of Camptotheca acuminata Dene seedlings incresed by 46.7% and 19.06% respectively that was 138.93% and 117% of that of the check at the same time.Meanwhile net photosynthesis rate(Pn) decreased below zero.Transpiration rate(Tr) and stomatic conductance(Sc) decreased by 58.28% and 75%;the longer the plant was under stressing,the greater the difference from the control was.Anti transpiration agent could effectively resist the differences;short time drought stress could heighten the content of camptothecin(CPT).This could be an effective way to get more CPT in production.
