锌对烤烟漂浮育苗中烟苗生长及生理特性的影响
Effect of zinc level on growth and physiological characteristics of flue-cured tobacco seedlings in the floating system
【摘要】 采用漂浮育苗法对不同施Zn处理烟苗生长和生理特性作用进行研究 .结果表明 ,施Zn处理较对照烟苗生长量大 ,根系活力显著提高 ,叶片叶绿素含量增加 ,NR活性提高 .其中以 10 0mg·kg-1和 2 0 0mg·kg-1Zn处理最佳 .当Zn含量超过 30 0mg·kg-1,成苗期对烟苗根系吸收面积有不良影响 .不同Zn用量处理间烟苗的烟碱、Cl含量没有明显差异 .对照的还原糖含量低于施Zn处理 ,总N和K2 O含量高于施Zn处理 .
【Abstract】 A study was conducted on effect of different Zinc level on growth and physiological characteristics of tobacco seedlings in the floating system.The results showed that the growth level,the content of chlorophyll,the activity of NR and the root activity had higher values than CK when proper zinc was fertilized into the seedling pool. Among them, the optimum level was 100 mg·kg -1 and 200 mg·kg -1 . The results also showed at time of seeding desired to plant it had no good effects on the root absorbing area when Zinc level was over 300 mg·kg -1 . There weren’t noticeable difference among treatment in the contents of Cl - and nicotine. CK had lower sugar contents and higher total N and K 2O contents than zinc fertilized treatment.
