人脐血免疫学细胞的生物学特性
Biological Characters of the Immunc Cell in Human Cord Blood
【摘要】 目的 :由于脐血比骨髓含有更原始、更强的增殖、分化能力 ,能重建长期造血的干 /祖细胞 ,这些细胞可在体外大量扩增 ,使脐血移植有望取代骨髓移植 ;方法 :利用脐血中包含某些细胞 ,如CD8+ T细胞能在小鼠体内产生细胞因子或者CD34+ 细胞具有内在性增殖潜能或NOD/SCID基质是一种特别的环境来支持外源干细胞移植 ;结果 :脐造血细胞作为基因治疗的理想靶细胞 ;结论 :随着国际上对脐血免疫细胞的生物学特性与功能研究不断深入 ,进一步确证CBSCT的有效性及巨大应用价值
【Abstract】 Objective:Cord blood cells have more original prolific ability.They can reconstitute long-term hemopoietic stem and progenitor cells.These cells can make high prolifecation outside the body.It makes the possibility that the cord stem blood transplantation.Method:Using some useful cells from cord blood,for example CD8 +T cells can produce cytotic,CD34 + cells have substantical proliferous ability or NOD/SCID could be a special background,to support stem cell transplantating.Result:Cord blood cells is a perfect target cells in genetic treatment.Conclusion:With the more knowledge about the cord blood cells of their biological character and function.The more proof confirm the effective and huge clinical value of the CBSCT.
