【摘要】 目的 :探讨CT引导下放射治疗定位在放射治疗中的临床应用价值。方法 :对病变区域进行CT扫描后 ,根据图象确定肿瘤的上下界限及侵犯范围 ,利用CT的准确走床及激光定位灯的指引 ,进行划线放疗定位。利用CT后处理功能对肿块大小准确测量 ,设计照射野及照射角度 ,为制定放疗计划提供充分、可靠的依据。结果 :对 5例颅内肿瘤 ,2 0例鼻咽癌 ,1 2例喉癌 ,40例肺癌 ,3 6例食道癌 ,5例胸腺瘤 ,9例纵隔淋巴瘤 ,4例胰腺癌 ,2 1例宫颈癌 ,2例股骨骨肉瘤盆腔转移进行CT扫描、定位。结论 :CT引导下放疗定位不但可以确定肿瘤大小 ,同时可以发现肿块周围的脏器病变、常规照射野外的淋巴结转移及对周围组织的侵犯 ,进而确定照射野及照射剂量 ,使放疗计划更精确更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical application of localized radiotherapy under CT.Methods:After CT scanning of the lesion area,the upper and lower boundaries of the tumor and the invaded extent are determined by the CT imager.By accurate movement of the bed and under the guide of laser light,boundary lines are delimited for the radiotherapy,By CT postrandling function,the size of the growth is accurately measured.The raliable field and angle are designed to provide reliable basis for the radiotherapeutic.Results:CT scanning and localization are performed on 5 case of intracranial tumor,20 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma,12 cases of laryngocarcinoma,40 cases of lung cancer,36 cases of esophageal cancer,5 cases of thymoma,9 cases of mediastinal lymphoma,4 cases of pancreatic cancer,21 cases of cervical cancer and 2 cases of pelvic metastasis of femoral osteocarcinoma.Conclusion:Radiotherapeutic localization under CT not only determine the size of the tumor,but also detect lesions in the organs adjacent to the tumor,lymphatic metastasis out of the routine radiation field and invation into the tissues around the tumor.It is useful in establishing radiation field deciding on the dose and making radiotherapeatic program more accurate.更多还原
