【摘要】 目的：探讨卡托普利治疗充血性心力衰竭心阻　抗／导纳图前后变化；方法：应用卡托普利治疗充血性心力衰竭２周前后行心阻抗／心导纳图　检查，观察指标变化情况；结果：卡托普利治疗充血性心力衰竭前后其心阻抗／心导纳图比　较，快速射血速率（Ｃｄｚ／ｄｔｍａｘ）、心缩力指数（ＨＴ）、每搏输出量（ＳＶ）、Ｉ环和总环具体数值均　有一定的改善，说明近期治疗有效，但经统计学处理却无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；　结论：应用卡托普利治疗充血性心力衰竭要适当加大剂量并延长治疗时间可能会取得　更好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the change of el ectricalimpedance plethysmogram and elecrial admittnaned plethysmogram on heart before and after treatment of congestive heart failure(CHF)by Captopril;Methods: The electricalimpedance plethysmogram/elecrial admittnaned plethysmogram on hear t was performed before and after treatment of CHF by Captopril at tow weeks.Obse rvation the chang of index.Result:Compare the change of electricalimpedance plet hysmogram and elecrial admittnaned plethysmogram on heart before and after treat ment of CHF by Captopril,the data of rapid ejection rate (Cdz/dtmax)、heart cont ractility index(HI)、stroke volume(SV)、I ring and total ring all had be improve d .The treatment was proved effectively in the near future,but the data didn’t hav e significant difference(P＞0.05);Conclusion:When we cure CHF by capto pril we possibly can obtain better efficiency if we enlarged dosage and prolong curing time.更多还原
